pre-school gymnastics classes

A gymnastics class for boys and girls ages 3-5. This is a gymnastics class that works on all the equipment and it is sized for pre-school aged children. They learn fine and large motor skills, balance, coordination, social skills, listening skills and gymnastics skills all in a safe and fun environment. Classes are 45 minutes. 

Serving Arvada, Golden, North Denver, Highlands, Wheat Ridge, and Westminster for 44 years!

recreational gymnastics classes

Gymnastics classes for girls ages 5-13. These are non-competitive classes that use the USA gymnastics skill development program. We work all the events to help develop their skills. We offer a 1 hour classes and a 1.5 hour classes
