Our philosophy is to train efficiently and effectively during our practice hours. We believe competitive sports at young ages should not take up their entire extracurricular time. We believe children's young growing bodies should not have to endure long hours of training and children should be well rounded. We encourage kids to try other activities and we strongly believe in family time. Our team program has been successful for 39 years with this philosophy. We have many kids participate in state, regional and national championships every year. We also have had over 36 athletes that have participated in NCAA college gymnastics through athletic and academic scholarships.
